Meet the Dentist Anesthesiologists
Dr. Yezerski
Dr. Yezerski is a Dentist Anesthesiologist/General Dentist certified to provide Deep Sedation / General Anesthesia by the Tennessee Dental Board and the Kentucky Board of Dentistry.
He received his undergraduate degree in Biology from Samford University and his Doctorate of Dental Medicine from the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry.
Dr. Yezerski completed three years of anesthesia training in the CODA approved Dental Anesthesia residency program at Stony Brook University Medical Center in New York.
As Chief Resident of the Dental Anesthesia program, Dr. Yezerski completed rotations in Cardiology, Internal Medicine, Pediatric Medicine, Post-Anesthesia Care, and Office-Based Dental Anesthesia. He provided care for adult and pediatric patients across the spectrum of medical complexity, anesthetizing patients in the main operating rooms at Stony Brook University Medical Center and private office throughout Long Island and Manhattan, NY.
Dr. Yezerski lives in middle Tennessee with his wife and sons, and provides mobile anesthesia services throughout the state.
Dr. Bradford
Dr. Bradford is a Dentist Anesthesiologist/General Dentist certified to provide Deep Sedation/General Anesthesia by the Tennessee Dental Board.
She was born and raised in Cape Girardeau, MO—just a short 3.5-hour drive from Nashville. She received her undergraduate degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with emphasis in Biology, Chemistry, and Mathematics/Physics from Southeast Missouri State University and her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Indiana University School of Dentistry. After graduation from IU, she completed a one-year General Practice Residency at The Ohio State University prior to completing three years of anesthesia training: a one-year Dental Anesthesia fellowship at Indiana University followed by a two-year CODA approved Dental Anesthesia residency program at NYU Lutheran Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY.
During her Dental Anesthesia residency program, Dr. Bradford completed rotations in Internal Medicine, Pediatric Medicine, Special Needs Anesthesia, and Office-Based Dental Anesthesia. Alongside her medical anesthesia counterparts, she provided anesthesia care for a diverse mix of adult and pediatric patients with a wide range of medical backgrounds at one of the busiest Level I Trauma Centers in Brooklyn. Her training involved anesthetizing patients in the Main OR Suite and Pediatric Dental Clinic at NYU Lutheran Medical Center. Beyond the hospital, Dr. Bradford provided care in a Dental Surgery Center designed to treat the Special Needs population in the Los Angeles area and private practice dental offices throughout New York City and the central Arizona area. During her final year of training, Dr. Bradford also served as Chief Resident for her program.
After completing her training, Dr. Bradford moved with her husband to Tennessee to join Dr. Yezerski and the NOBA team to provide anesthesia services in the Nashville area. Since joining NOBA in 2016, Dr. Bradford and her husband have welcomed a son in 2018 and settled in Hendersonville.
Dr. Pelczar
Dr. Pelczar was born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and completed her undergraduate degree at Pennsylvania State University. She completed one year of post-bachelors training at Cleveland State University, followed by a four-year dental medicine degree at the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine. Her interest in anesthesiology began in dental school where she was inspired to continue her training. Dr. Pelczar completed a three-year residency in Dental Anesthesiology at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC).
During her residency, Dr. Pelczar provided anesthesia for patients at several well-renowned UPMC hospitals including Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh, Magee Women’s Hospital of Pittsburgh, and two of the Level 1 trauma centers in the city. She completed rotations in Internal Medicine, Critical Care Medicine, Pediatric Emergency Medicine, and Obstetric Anesthesia. She has also provided anesthesia services for patients at the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine, where she especially enjoyed working at the Center for Patients with Special Needs. In addition to her hospital and dental clinic experience, Dr. Pelczar provided office-based anesthesia at the dental offices of general dentists, pediatric dentists and oral surgeons in Pittsburgh.
Upon completion of her training, Dr. Pelczar moved to Franklin, Tennessee. She joined NOBA to provide mobile anesthesia in the Nashville area, while remaining a Pittsburgh Steelers fan.
Dr. Yezerski, Dr. Bradford and Dr. Pelczar each maintain certifications in Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Pediatric Advanced Life Support.
Meet the Nurses
Kayla is the Clinical Coordinator for Nashville Office-Based Anesthesia and oversees the daily operations of patient communication and scheduling. She continues her nursing with NOBA and as a Pediatric Nurse for Vanderbilt Children’s After Hours Clinic. Originally from Manchester, Tennessee, she now resides in Nashville with her husband and two children.

Chelsea lends her nursing expertise to the patients of NOBA when she is not working in the Vanderbilt Children’s Emergency Department. Chelsea was raised in Brentwood, Tennessee.

Sarah brings her skills as a Flight Nurse for Vanderbilt LifeFlight to the patients of NOBA. Originally from England, Sarah has called Nashville home for six years.

Born and raised in Nashville, Karen shares her six years of Critical Care experience with NOBA’s patients when she is not working as Charge Nurse in the Medical/Surgical Intensive Care Unit at Centennial Medical Center.

Named Emergency Nurse of the Year by March of Dimes in 2013, Chelsea brings her valuable nursing experience to the NOBA team. With six years of nursing experience, Chelsea is currently Charge Nurse in the Pediatric Emergency Room at Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital. Chelsea grew up in Nashville.
